Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Arthur St. Clair with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Heard report from Planning Commission.
Lt. John Rojeske, Eaton County Sheriff Dept, reported that we had 93 calls in November. There were 24 car/deer [accidents].
Ed Sharkey, our new representative from Rep. Nick Smith's office, gave report on things happening in Washington.
Treasurer's report received.
Butler moved and Blair seconded to pay general fund bills totaling $111,218.63. Carried unanimously.
Heard that there were 9 applications for the open trustee position. Interviews will be scheduled in January.
Towsley offered and Butler supported the final rezoning of the MDG property from R1M to R1D.

Towsley offered and J. St. Clair seconded the amended 2002/2003 Sewer/Water Budgets for Creyts Road. Carried unanimously.

Heard report from Emergency Service Director. Our ISO rating has been lowered to 6 so this should help with resident's insurance costs.
Mr. Miller, representing his parents, Max & Lillian Miller, explained the problem with their plot at the cemetery. There was a baby buried there in 1938 and no one in the family knows who it is. This does not leave two spaces together for his parents. Blair moved and Butler seconded to (1) Have Sue check for a death certificate that would list who the baby is (2) We will do our best to work with the family (3) We will look into timing/information on a disinterment permit for the baby. Carried unanimously.
Towsley moved and Blair seconded to keep the fees the same as 2002. Carried unanimously.
Towsley moved and Butler seconded to reappoint Floyd Conklin, Richard Slee and Pat Lundberg to the Board of Review. Carried unanimously.
Towsley offered and J. St. Clair seconded to set the meeting for 2003 as presented. Carried unanimously.
J. St. Clair moved and Butler seconded to set the signers for 2003 as Janice St. Clair, Linda Towsley, Marceal Dailey, and Joy Slee. Carried unanimously.
J. St. Clair moved and Kline seconded to set our depositories as any that meet state law and our investment policy. Carried unanimously.
With no further business Towsley moved and Blair seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:50 PM.
