Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with Pledge of Allegiance.

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Heard report from Emergency Service Director.

Towsley offered and J. St. Clair supported the resolution for final rezoning for the Hatwood property at SW corner of Lansing Road/Creyts from R1B to B-2.
Ayes: Butler, Towsley, A. St. Clair, J. St. Clair, Blair, Kline
Nays: none
Absent: Marsh
Resolution adopted 6-0.

Discussed roads and decided that we will continue to monitor for additional chloride.

J. St. Clair moved and Blair seconded to sign the District Water Agreement (combines current water areas) with the Board of Water & Light. Carried unanimously.

Butler moved and Kline seconded to sign the upgrade of the limited consent form for Wolverine Pipeline. Carried unanimously.

No action taken on letter from Brady Harrington in regards to Harrington Drain. Will send to attorney for review.

Janice Tower introduced herself as incumbent for the County Commissioner District #10.

With no further business Blair moved and Butler seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:05 PM.
