Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Arthur St. Clair with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Lt. John Rojeske of the Sheriff Department was present but had no report.

Blair gave report from Planning Commission.

Sherry Freeman, Democratic Candidate for 71st State Representative, introduced herself and answered questions.

Blair offered and J. St. Clair supported the resolution of Intent to Rezone the property at 5125 Lansing Road from B-1 (Commercial) to M-1 (Light Industrial).
Ayes: Marsh, Butler, Towsley, A. St. Clair, J. St. Clair, Blair, Kline
Nays: none
Resolution adopted 7-0.

Morris Estates #2 plat was presented for Tentative Preliminary Plat Approval. Blair moved and Butler seconded to Grant the Tentative Preliminary Plat Approval for Morris Estates #2 with a variance to the length of the cul-de-sacs and sidewalk, as given in Phase #1. Vote was 6-1. Approval granted.

Marsh moved and J. St. Clair seconded to send the rezoning request for Crystal Woods to the Planning Commission. Carried unanimously.

Discussed roads.

With no further business Butler moved and Blair seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:23 PM.
