Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Lt. John Rojeske of the Sheriff Department had no report.

Blair reported on Sewer Board and Planning Commission.

Director Cribley reported on the new sign on the building; delay in burning damaged house; briefing from train derailment; traffic preempt grant; and thanked the board for attending the department business meeting to honor two retirees.

Discussion held on incident involving Mr. Swartz.
Butler moved and Marsh seconded to terminate the employment of Stan Swartz.

Nays: none

Adopted 6-0

Towsley moved and J. St. Clair seconded to send the rezoning request from Dave Haywood to the Planning Commission. Carried unanimously.

Blair moved and Butler seconded to adopt the Planning Commission's recommendation and grant tentative preliminary plat approval to River Run Estates #2 with a variance for the cul-de-sac. Carried unanimously.

With no further business Marsh moved and Blair seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:37 PM.
