Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with Pledge of Allegiance.

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Lt. John Rojeske reported on the status of the train derailment in Potterville. Lt. Rojeske wanted it noted that the Sheriff Department and the Potterville-Benton Fire Department are very grateful and appreciative to Chuck Cribley for the outstanding job he has done during the incident. We had 96 calls during the month of April.

Heard that the Village of Dimondale has decided not to replace their siern.

Butler moved and Blair seconded to sign the mutual aid [agreement] with Delta Charter Township. Carried unanimously.

Towsley moved and J. St. Clair seconded to accept the budget amendments for 2001. Carried unanimously.

Keith Ledbetter, candidate for Holt School Board, introduced himself and answered questions.

Heard report on Tri-County Planning meeting.

With no further business Blair moved and Towsley seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:49 PM.
