Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with Pledge of Allegiance.

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.
Emergency Service Director reported that we passed the flow test at 520 gal/minute, which is way above the required. We have one more test to complete the ISO rating.
Bob Scheuerman, Township Engineer of Delhi Township, explained the process and purpose of the Stormwater Committee. Financial participation will allow us to have a vote in the plan that is submitted to the State. If we choose not to participate financially we will have to follow the plan but not have a vote on it. This project will take about two years to complete.
Terry Gieger, candidate for the 24th Senate District, introduced himself and answered questions.
Treasurers report received.
Butler moved and Marsh seconded to pay general fund bills totaling $233,821.33 (Vouchers 16726-16769 & 13497-13559). Carried unanimously.
Letter from Brooks River Landing was discussed and will be continued at next meeting after review by Township Attorney.
Kline moved and Blair seconded to write a letter to WLNS allowing them to "opt out" of the EAS program interrupt system with AT&T Broadband. Carried unanimously.
Blair moved and J. St. Clair seconded to send the Landscape Buffer zoning [ordinance] back to the Planning Commission for review on pg. 4 (keeping plants alive/replanting) and pg. 7 (alleged). Carried unanimously.
Blair moved and Butler seconded to contract with Big Barney's for the first treatment of chloride around Memorial Day and to be done the same [date] as in 2001. Carried unanimously.
Shared plat for continuation of River Run. Heard update on Morris Estates.
Declined offer to purchase land on Lansing Road for $335,000 from MDOT.
With no further business Butler moved and Marsh seconded to adjourn. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 9:13 PM.
