WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES
REGULAR MEETING - MARCH 12, 2002
MEETING ROOM - 7:30 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with Pledge of Allegiance.
Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Butler, Kline
Absent: Marsh

Minutes of February 26 and February 27 were read and approved.

Emergency Services Director gave an update on happenings and summary of run comparisons the past few years.

Sheriff department reported that calls have slowed down all through the county.

Treasurer's report received.

Motion made and accepted to pay general fund bills totaling $72,584.08 (vouchers 13388- 13439 & 16666-16689). Carried unanimously.

Towsley moved and J. St. Clair seconded to remove from the table the Morris Estates Mylar. Carried unanimously.

Chris Cotter stated they are having a terrible time getting in touch with mortgage holders and getting them to agree to sign the plat. Much discussion took place in regards to how the four houses came to be and dedicated roads, etc. The building permits were issued and referenced lot numbers from the plat. They can combine the three lots into the final phase if can not get the signatures now.

Kline moved and Butler seconded that we table for two weeks the Morris Estates Mylar and they try to get the needed signatures and we will review at that time.

Nays: none
Absent: Marsh
Motion carried 6-0

With no further business Blair moved and Towsley seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 9:15 PM
