Towsley offered and Blair supported the resolutions to authorize Supervisor to request to initiate extension of water services to Lange, Migaldi and Haywood-Hover properties.

Nays: none
Absent: Marsh
Resolution adopted 6-0

Purchase agreement was presented for review. Will add reference to payment of sewer assessment payment reimbursement if the sale is not completed.
Blair moved and Butler seconded to approve the sending of the purchase offer of the property located in Section 23 with the approve amendment.
