Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with Pledge of Allegiance.

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Blair gave Planning Commission report.

Lt. John Rojeske gave report from the sheriff department. We had 102 calls in January. There appears to be several groups that are doing the break-ins into the cars. There have also been some construction areas that have experienced thefts.

No sewer board report.

Kline moved and Blair seconded to proceed with the possible building of a footbridge into the cemetery off Windsor Highway at a cost no greater than $4,000. Carried 5-1.

Treasurers report received.

J. St. Clair moved and Butler seconded to pay general fund bills totaling $116,080.91. (Vouchers 13323-13387 & 16281-16665) Carried unanimously.

Blair moved and Kline seconded to approve the 2002-2003 sewer budget. Carried unanimously.

Towsley offered and Butler supported the resolution to split lot 1 of Lobsinger Subdivision on Ransom Highway.

Butler moved and Blair seconded to add Wendy Drake to trainees in EMS. Carried unanimously.

Blair moved and J. St. Clair seconded to move into closed session to discuss a land purchase by the township. Carried unanimously. Moved into closed session at 8:20 PM.

Returned to open session at 8:45 PM.

Butler moved and Towsley seconded to write an offer to purchase 32 acres +/- in Section 23. Carried unanimously.

With no further business J. St. Clair moved and Blair seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:54 PM
