Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with Pledge of Allegiance.

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.
Heard report from Blair on Planning Commission. There was discussion over the land that is in the state auction. Planning Commission feels that this parcel plus the other land locked M-1 in that area should be rezoned to A-1. Supervisor will discuss with attorney.
Seth Waxman, from Rep Nick Smith's office, gave update on happenings in Washington, D.C. The plans for the balance of the year will be appropriation bills and economic stimulus package. Federal security has been a top priority the past couple of months.
Clerk announced the following meetings: Tri-County Planning Town Forum - 12/4; Wolverine Pipeline meeting with Board - 12/11, 7:00 PM; Wolverine Pipeline open house - 12/17, 7-9 PM; and Cemetery Committee meeting - 12/10, 10 AM.
Blair moved and Butler seconded to grant final preliminary plat approval to Jacaranda Estates #2. Carried unanimously.
Towsley moved and J. St. Clair seconded to appoint Gary Burnett to the Planning Commission effective immediately (term starts 11/20/01) for a three-year term. Carried unanimously.
With no further business Marsh moved and Kline seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:20 PM
