Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with Pledge of Allegiance.

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Emergency Service Director Cribley reported on several fires and accidents that have occurred this past couple of weeks. He also updated on the Hilliard house and sale of the tanker.

Deputy Ivey gave a report on activity within the township for the month of August.

Treasurer's report received.

Butler moved and Blair seconded to pay general fund bills totaling $44,687.39. (Vouchers 13052-13091 & 16378-16401) Carried unanimously.

Heard we have received request from AT&T for renewal of their cable franchise.

With no further business J. St. Clair moved and Marsh seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:34 PM
