Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with Pledge of Allegiance.

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Katrina & Rochelle Ehr and John & Ellen Lord made a presentation to Chuck Cribley from the Girl Scout Service Unit 151 thanking the Emergency Service Department for their help in the annual cookie sale.

Tom Traciak discussed the benefits of refunding the sewer bonds and the procedure from here on that will need to be done. On pricing day if the savings are $100,000 after expenses the Supervisor will give the okay to sell the bonds. Projected date is late September or early October.

After removing the contract from the table Butler moved and Blair seconded to sign the contract with the county to refinance the sewer bonds. Carried unanimously.

Discussion held on changing our host for our web [Home Page: WWW.TWP.WINDSOR.MI.US]. Will return the post card to MTA stating we are interested in more information on the Merit Network.

Discussed complaint received on Trustee's e-mail from Carolyn Hall. Supervisor will respond.

Butler gave report on public safety committee meeting. No action at this time.

With no further business Blair moved and Kline seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:57 PM
