Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with Pledge of Allegiance.

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Heard that we had 176 calls in May by the Sheriff Department.

Blair reported on two public hearings scheduled for cell towers.

No sewer board report.

Blair offered and Butler supported the resolution of Intent to rezone property on Creyts Road owned by Dorian Lange from R1B to R1M.

Emergency Service Director has asked for a Public Safety Committee meeting on July 24, 2001 at 6:30 PM to discuss ambulance rates.

Heard that Title Insurance on [old] Township Hall has been ordered and upon receipt we will be able to close on the sale.

Blair offered and J. St. Clair supported the Intent to abopt the changes to Cell Tower Ordinance No. 30, as printed.

Discussion held on problem with retirement program. Clerk will contact agent to attend the July 10, 2001 meeting. Blair moved and J. St. Clair seconded to table until the July 10, 2001 meeting. Carried unanimously.

Butler asked about a streetlight at the corner of Billwood and Creyts per a request from a resident in Hill 'n Hollow. Supervisor will ask for traffic counts and accident numbers at this corner before approaching Consumers Energy for a street light.

With no further business Marsh moved and Blair seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:34 PM
