Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with Pledge of Allegiance.
Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Butler, Kline
Absent: Marsh

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Deputy Jim West reported on activity in the Township.

Treasurer's report received.

Butler moved and Blair seconded to pay general fund bills totaling $50,805.30 (vouchers 12828-12877 & 16179-16210). Carried unanimously.

Blair moved and Kline seconded to sign the contract with Eaton County Road Commission for regraveling at a total of $19,140.00. Carried unanimously.

Heard that Mr. Perkins is still planning on purchasing the [old] township hall.

Heard that tanker should arrive by early next week. The new compressor pickup will arrive June 1st. Heard that Hilliard fire claim has not been settled.

Supervisor reported that they are refinancing the sewer bond for a better rate.

With no further business J. St. Clair moved and Butler seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:02 PM
