Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with Pledge of Allegiance.

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Blair gave report from Planning Commission.

Blair reported on Sewer Board.

Seth Waxman, from Rep. Nick Smith Office, introducted himself and talked about the fire grants.

Towsley moved and J. St. Clair seconded to change our loaded mileage rate for ambulance from $4 to $6 effective May 1, 2001. Carried unanimously.

Blair moved and Butler seconded to contract with Big Barney's for dust chloride (28%) with the first application prior to Memorial Day with boarder roads being shared with other townships and Burke's section of Burke will only be done once. Carried unanimously.

Towsley moved and Marsh seconded to participate in the Memorial Day Parade. Carried unanimously.

Blair moved and J. St. Clair seconded to appoint Dan Lundsford to the Sewer Board effective July 1, 2001. Carried unanimously.

Clerk shared letters on Dimondale Community Day and Park Grants.

Cribley reported on fire grants and increase in number of runs this year already over last year.

With no further business Blair moved and J St. Clair seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:47 PM.
