Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with Pledge of Allegiance.

Also present: J. Richard Robinson, Township Attorney (arrived 7:40 PM)

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Treasurer's report received.

Butler moved and Blair seconded to pay general fund bills totaling $68,044.39 (vouchers 16141-16167 & 12774-12827). Carried unanimously.

Mr. Robinson reported on meeting with Kelly Christianson and Randal Roost from Board of Water & Light about providing water to the Creyts Road area. Sewer estimate from Wolverine is around $1,375,000. The next step will be to set up a meeting with Wolverine, Village of Dimondale and the Township.

Cribley reported that the pre-final inspection of tanker would be April 20th. He reported on several fires in the area and that they are looking into electronic filing for EMS.

Cribley presented proposal for the air truck. Butler moved and Blair seconded to purchase the truck at a cost of $38,764 (includes everything). Carried unanimously.

Deputy Jim West, our new community officer, reported that we had 93 runs this past month.

With no further business Marsh moved and Kline seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 9:30 PM
