Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with Pledge of Allegiance.

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Blair gave a report on the Planning Commission.

Kline, A. St. Clair, J. St. Clair and Towsley reported on MTA Educational Conference.

Heard that water agreement is proceeding with Delta Charter Township.

Towsley moved and Butler seconded to table the revisions to Fire Rules and Regulations. Carried unanimously.

Emergency Service Director presented a Fire Mutual Aid Agreement from Delhi Charter Township. Will have it reviewed by attorney and then sign it.

Blair moved and Butler seconded to accept the quote to update the hydraulic rescue tool for $8,650. Carried unanimously.

Blair offered and J. St. Clair supported the resolution of intent to adopt the rezoning of property at 5859 1/2 Michigan Road from B-1 to M-1.

Butler moved and Blair seconded to table the recommendation from Planning Commission for Daniel Kamphuis property per owner's request. Carried unanimously.

Towsley moved and Marsh seconded to move into closed session to discuss real estate offer. Carried unanimously.

Moved into closed session at 8:42 PM.

Returned to open session at 8:54 PM.

Butler moved and J. St. Clair seconded to accept the bid and authorize the closing of the sale of the [old] township hall to James Perkins. Carried unanimously.

Will have the township attorney draw up the papers.

With no further business Towsley moved and J. St. Clair seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:56 PM
