Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Arthur St. Clair with Pledge of Allegiance.
Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Butler, Kline, Marsh
Absent: none

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Blair gave a report on activities of the planning commission.

A St. Clair reported on Fetter suit, township hall and meeting with Delta Charter Township in regards to water and sewer.

Treasurer's report received.

J. St. Clair moved and Blair seconded to pay general fund bills totaling $70,520.92 (vouchers 12574 - 12628 & 15993 - 16029) Carried unanimously.

Blair offered and Butler supported the Intent to adopt the zoning ordinance changes.
Blair and Butler withdrew their offer and support after discussion. J. St Clair moved and Marsh seconded to return the changes to the planning commission for clarification on site plan and signs. Carried unanimously.

Emergency Service Director gave a report on the department.

With no further business Marsh moved and Towsley seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:45 PM.
