Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Arthur St. Clair.

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Marsh gave a report on Board of Appeals.

Blair gave a report on Planning Commission.

Treasurer's report received.

Marsh moved and Blair second to pay general fund bills totaling $67,126.44 (vouchers 15880-15915 & 12451-12515) Carried unanimously.

Towsley offered and Butler seconded for final adoption of the zoning ordinance changes, which include M-1; M-2; Definitions; Adult foster care/child care terms and several clerical errors.

Resolution adopted 7-0

J. St. Clair and Caron seconded to approve the water/sewer agreement with Delta Charter Township as presented. Carried unanimously.

Discussion held on [old] township hall. Butler moved and Blair seconded to list the hall with a commercial realtor for the purpose of selling. Carried unanimously.

Mike Chappell, Village President, asked if any discussions have been held on the park since the last meeting. Supervisor stated that most likely if the village takes title to the land we would turn over all operations to the village.

Ed Waddell, 10447 Hart Hwy, stated that he liked the web site. He also stated that he would like to see more river access and parks in the township.

Supervisor expressed the community's appreciation and thanks to Ken Caron who was serving his last meeting as a trustee on the board.

Clerk gave the oath to the incoming board and the Supervisor gave the oath to the Clerk.

With no further business Butler moved and Towsley seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:35 PM
