WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES
REGULAR MEETING - OCTOBER 24, 2000
MEETING ROOM - 7:00 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Butler, Caron, Marsh

Absent: none

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Deputy Rick Buxton reported that we had 143 calls during the month of September.

Towsley moved and Marsh second to remove the Dahlgren development rights application off the table. Carried unanimously.

Towsley offered and J. St. Clair supported the resolution in support of placing the Dahlgren property in the state program for development rights.

Ayes: Marsh, Butler, Towsley, A. St. Clair, J. St. Clair, Blair, Caron

Nays: none

Absent: none

Resolution adopted 7-0

Towsley moved and Marsh seconded to sign the mylar for Jacaranda Estates lots 1-46. Carried unanimously.

Supervisor reported on meeting with Delta Charter Township in regards to connecting to water.

Towsley moved and Butler second to reappoint Inge Kyler and Kern Slucter to the Planning Commission for a term ending November 20, 2003. Carried unanimously.

Towsley moved and Marsh seconded to approve the PA 116 application for Winslow land on Wilbur Hwy. Carried unanimously.

Blair offered and J. St. Clair supported the Intent to adopt the zoning ordinance changes as presented.

Clerk read the letter from the Dimondale Home Culture Club in regards to the Township Hall on the corner of Bridge & Jefferson.

Discussed changing our sewer agreement with Delhi Charter Township to add the properties on Waverly Road between Bishop and M-99. Supervisor will proceed.

Mike Chappell, Village of Dimondale President, presented a letter to the board in regards to our intent to the Lions Park if they are successful in purchasing the land from the Board of Water & Light.

Fire Chief shared pictures from the fire open house.

With no further business Towsley moved and Caron seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:28 PM
