The public hearing for the 2001 budgets was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair at 7:00 PM.

Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Butler, Caron, Marsh

Absent: none

Some discussion about fire budget. No changes were made.

Board will ask departments to develop 5-year plans for major expenses in the next several months.

There were no public comments.

The regular meeting was called to order with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

There were no reports given.

Treasurer's report received.

Butler moved and Blair seconded to pay general fund bills totaling $71,901.57 (vouchers 15851-15879 & 12394-12450) Carried unanimously.

Towsley offered and J. St. Clair supported the resolution to approve all the budgets for 2001.

Ayes: Marsh, Butler, Towsley, A. St. Clair, J. St. Clair, Blair, Caron

Nays: none

Resolution adopted 7-0

Towsley offered and Marsh supported the resolution to authorize 2.4 on real and personal property.

Ayes: Caron, Blair, J. St. Clair, A. St. Clair, Towsley, Butler, Marsh

Nays: none

Caron moved and Blair seconded to table the application requests from the Dahlgren's for support of the development rights program. Carried unanimously.

With no further business Marsh moved and J. St. Clair seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 7:56 PM
