Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Butler, Caron, Marsh

Absent: none

Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

Blair reported that Planning Commission has tabled Kamphuis request for rezoning until the light industrial is approved. Also the hearing for zoning ordinance changes will be held on October 11, 2000 at 7:00 P.M.

Partick Smith from Eaton County GIS presented a proposal on digital maps he would like to see done. He will return with more information when the plan is completed.

Heard that we have several inquiries this week on the township hall.

Discussion held on proposed water districts with Delta Charter Township.

Towsley moved and Blair seconded to grant final preliminary plat approval to Morris Estates, Lots 1-16. Carried unanimously.

Discussion held on 2001 budgets.

Blair moved and J. St. Clair seconded to set the public hearing for the budgets for October 10, 2000 at 7:00 P.M. Carried unanimously.

Cribley made a report to the board.

With no further business Butler moved and Towsley seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 10:24 PM.
