WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING - 7:30 P.M.

MEETING ROOM - SEPTEMBER 12, 2000

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Butler, Caron, Marsh

Absent: none

Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

Blair reported that the township web site is up and running. He also reported that John Hall is representing the township on an I-69 committee with the county.

A. St. Clair reported the following: no response from city on letter we sent; CN is looking to rezone some of their property; Potterville inquired about a 425; and we have received a letter from Drain Commission about Potter Drain.

Treasurer's report received.

J. St. Clair moved and Blair seconded to pay general fund bills totaling $81996.31. (Vouchers 12348-12393 & 15777-15842) Carried unanimously.

Discussion held on areas to be serviced by water from Delta Township.

Towsley moved and Butler seconded to send the Kamphuis rezoning request for 40 acres from B-1 to M-1 to the Planning Commission. Carried unanimously.

Towsley offered and Marsh supported the resolution in opposition to proposal 2 "Let Local Votes count".

Ayes: Marsh, Butler, Towsley, A. St. Clair, J. St. Clair, Blair, Caron

Nays: none

Resolution adopted.

With no further business Marsh moved and Caron seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:16 PM.
