WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING - AUGUST 9, 2000

MEETING ROOM - 7:30 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Butler, Caron, Marsh

Absent: none

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Heard report on August Primary Election - 19% turnout in Windsor

Treasurer's report received.

Caron moved and Marsh seconded to pay general fund bills totaling $82458.18 (vouchers 12305-12347 & 15718-15776) Carried unanimously.

Discussed letter to the City of Lansing in regards to their 425 request and revisions were made.

Discussed contracts from Eaton County Road Commission. There is an error on them. Supervisor will contact Blair Ballou.

Discussed Hull drain settlement. Will ask Drain Commissioner Harrington to the next meeting.

Heard that the Windsor Charter Township Web site is up and running. The address is: twp.windsor.mi.us

With no further business J. St. Clair moved and Blair seconded to adjourn the meeting.

Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:28 P.M.
