REGULAR MEETING – JUNE 9, 2010
MEETING ROOM – 7:00 P.M
Meeting was called to order by Chairperson Dave Kubicek.
Present: Kubicek, Borucki, Blair, Bredin, Johnson
Absent: Pray,
Also present: Jim Foulds, CPS
No public comments on non agenda items.
Johnson moved and Borucki seconded to table approving the May minutes as Mr.
Stover submitted a list of corrections and Blair will compare them to his notes for
approval (with or without changes) at the next meeting. Carried unanimously.
Blair gave report from Board of Trustees.
Borucki gave report on the 101/102/103 classes he took.
Borucki moved and Johnson seconded to untable the Stover Special Use Permit.
Carried unanimously.
Chair Kubicek shared a letter from Mr. Stover asking that his Special Use Permit be
tabled until such time that he can obtain all of the items (5) listed from the May meeting.
Borucki moved and Johnson seconded to table the Stover SUP as per the request.
Carried unanimously.
Discussion held on the minor changes to the proposed WEC Ordinance.
Borucki moved and Johnson moved that upon the corrections from this meeting
that the ordinance will be ready to go the Attorney for final review.
Carried unanimously.
Heard that the Marihuana Ordinance will most likely be ready for review at the August
meeting.
No public comments.
With no further business Borucki moved and Johnson seconded to adjourn the meeting.
Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 7:42 PM.
