Meeting was called to order by Chair Dave Kubicek.

Also present: Jim Foulds, CPS
No public present.
Minutes of previous meeting were approved as printed.
Kubicek reviewed Eaton County Land Development Code changes. We have no comments to forward to them. He will handle request from GLRC on Looking Glass Watershed comments received from Supervisor Butler.
Blair gave report from Township Board.
Borucki will be attending Small Energy Systems Workshop.
WIND POWER:
Foulds reviewed out latest version of draft ordinance and discussed each section. PC will review for further discussion next meeting.
With no further business Borucki moved and Johnson seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 7:52 PM.
