WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION

REGULAR MEETING – AUGUST 12, 2009

MEETING ROOM – 7:00 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Chair Dave Kubicek.

Present: Kubicek, Borucki, Blair, Bredin, Burton, Johnson, Pray,

Absent: none

Also present: Jim Foulds, CPS

No public comments.

Minutes of previous meeting approved as printed.

Heard reports.

Foulds reported that the Final Copy of Master Plan will be finished within next two weeks.

RECREATION PLAN:

Bredin reported that the State reviewed the proposed Recreation Plan and it does meet the requirements.

Borucki moved and Johnson seconded to set the public hearing for the Recreation Plan for October 14, 2009 at 7:00 P.M.

Carried unanimously.

JACARANDA ESTATES # 3:

Borucki moved and Burton seconded to grant the final approval pending review by Foulds and receipt of necessary approvals

from agencies including the Drain Commission. Carried unanimously.

ALTERNATE ENERGY WECS:

Foulds presented a draft of the proposed ordinance. The documents will include: definitions, site development standards (use current) and

Land use Chart. They may allow taller small types with SUP in larger zonings. Foulds will research height limits in tall Structure Act.

No public comments.

With no further business Pray moved and Borucki seconded to adjourn the meeting. Adjourned at 8:05 PM.
