REGULAR MEETING – MAY 13, 2009
MEETING ROOM – 7:00 P.M.
Meeting was called to order by Chairperson Dave Kubicek.

No public comments.
Minutes of previous meeting were approved as printed.
Blair gave update from Township Board.
RECREATION PLAN:
Bredin gave report from Recreation Plan Committee meeting. The
changes were reviewed and will be finalized for action at the July
meeting.
ALTERNATE ENERGY:
Alternate Power energy ordinances were discussed. Foulds and Robinson
are working on an ordinance for all of their clients. Will bring in resources
from the state for July meeting to understand what they see happening.
MASTER PLAN:
Blair moved and Johnson seconded to set the Public Hearing for the
Proposed Master Plan on June 3, 2009 at 7:00 PM in the Village
Council Chambers. Carried
unanimously.
It was decided to not have the large maps done until after the hearing
and all corrections/changes are made, if any.
No new business.
No public comments.
With no further business Pray moved and Bredin seconded to adjourn the
meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 7:44 PM.
