WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION

REGULAR MEETING – MARCH 11, 2009

MEETING ROOM – 7:00 P.M.

 

Public Hearing for proposed new zoning classes B-3 and B-4 was called to order by Chairperson Dave Kubicek.

Present: Kubicek, Borucki, Blair, Bredin, Burton, Johnson, Pray

Absent: none

Also Present: Jim Foulds, CPS

Daryl Crittenden stated that the Planning Commission is doing a fantastic job.

No other public present.  No other comments.

Public Hearing closed at 7:04 PM

Regular meeting was called to order.

No Public Comments.

Minutes of previous meeting approved as printed.

Blair gave report from Township Board.  He stated that the open house for the FEMA maps will be April 2^nd at the county.

Discussion was held on what the next steps will be for the Master Plan.  At the April 8^th meeting we will meet with Village to review any comments we have received and set dates for open house and public hearing.

Discussed recreation plan and looking for electronic copy of it.

B-3 and B-4 ZONING CLASSES:

No comments or discussion on the new zoning classes.  Borucki moved and Johnson seconded to recommend to the Township Board the adoption of B-3 and B-4 after it has been put in proper form by Township Attorney.  Carried unanimously.

Discussed next area to be work on which will be wind power zoning.

No public comments. With no further business Borucki moved and Pray seconded to adjourn the meeting.  Carried unanimously.  Adjourned at 7:43 PM.
