REGULAR MEETING – JANUARY 14, 2009
MEETING ROOM – 7:00 P.M.
Meeting was called to order by Chairperson Dave Kubicek.

Also present: James Foulds, CPS
Johnson moved and Bredin seconded to cast a unanimous ballot for the current officers for 2009. Carried unanimously.
No public comments.
Minutes approved as printed.
Blair gave report from Township Board.
Fould reported that the letters are ready to go for the Master Plan to start the 63 day review process. Will get copies made for those who do not want to look at it on the web site. We will look into holding an open house and Public Hearing in April.

Jim Foulds reviewed it and all the information was on their site plan. They meet all the requirements. Due to the isolated location landscaping is not necessary. No comments from public or commission.
Borucki moved and Pray seconded to approve the site plan for the 150’
monopole cell tower and shelter on the St. Clair property located between
Foulds, Towsley and
Foulds gave report on Wind Workshop he attended at MSU. Will share information in the future and work with all his clients on a set of ordinances for large and home uses.
MIXED USES ZONING:
Borucki moved and Johnson seconded to set the Public Hearing for Neighborhood Zoning Classes for March 11, 2009 at 7:00 PM. Carried unanimously.
RECREATION PLAN:
Jim Bredin, Sandy Pray and Fran Johnson will start to review this document after the February meeting.
2009 GOALS:
We will review at February meeting.
With no further business Borucki moved and Johnson seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 7:49 PM.
