WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION

REGULAR MEETING – OCTOBER 8, 2008

MEETING ROOM – 7:00 P.M.

 

Meeting was called to order by Chairperson Dave Kubicek.

Present: Kubicek, Blair, Bredin, Burton, Johnson, Pray

Absent: Borucki

Also present: Jim Foulds (arrived at 7:35 PM due to car problems)

No public comments on non agenda items.

Minutes approved as corrected (spelling correction).  Carried unanimously.

Blair gave report from Trustees.

DEVINE REZONING:

Blair moved and Johnson seconded to untable the Devine rezoning request.

Carried unanimously.

Clerk shared letter received today that they wish to table until further notice.

Recommendation from Jim Foulds was shared and some discussion followed.

Blair moved and Burton seconded to table as per the applicant’s request.  Carried unanimously.

BY-LAWS:  No action

P.C. ORDINANCE:   No action

Jim Foulds arrived.

Discussion held on the draft for mixed zoning classes.

No public comments.

With no further business Johnson moved and Pray seconded to adjourn the meeting.  Carried unanimously.  Adjourned at 7:57 PM.
