WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION

SEPTEMBER 10, 2008 – MEETING ROOM

REGULAR MEETING – 7:00 P.M.

 

Meeting was called to order by Chairperson Dave Kubicek.

Present: Kubicek, Borucki, Blair, Burton, Johnson, Pray

Absent: Bredin

Also present: Jim Foulds, CPS

No public present.

Minutes of previous meeting approved as printed.

Blair gave report from Trustees.

Foulds gave update on Master Plan.  It was decided to give final review of the calendar when the 2^nd draft is completed.  Foulds also stated that in the plan we listed an interchange zoning class and that will be removed.

Borucki moved and Johnson seconded to remove from the table the Devine rezoning request.  Carried unanimously.

Borucki moved and Pray seconded to retable the Devine rezoning request per the applicant’s request until the October 8^th.  Carried unanimously.

B-3 & B-4 ZONING CLASSES:

Discussion held on these new classes.  Discussed what the properties on Creyts Road and Kamphuis on Billwood should be in the Master Plan.  Reviewed all the different items listed and which class they should be listed under.

PLANNING COMMISSION ORDINANCE AND BY-LAWS:

Reviewed the proposed ordinances and by-laws and made some changes.  Will review final draft next month and sent to attorney for approval.

A couple of the changes are to change the election of officers to December and a couple of changes to the agenda.

With no further business Borucki moved and Johnson seconded to adjourn the meeting.  Carried unanimously.  Adjourned at 9:15 PM.
