REGULAR MEETING – APRIL 9, 2008
MEETING ROOM – 7:00 P.M.
Master Plan Task Force met first with the
Regular Planning Commission called to order by Chairperson Kubicek at 8:05 PM.
Present: Kubicek, Borucki, Blair,
Absent: Johnson
Also present: Jim Foulds, CPS
No public comments.
Minutes of previous meeting were approved as printed.
Blair gave report from Township Board.
Borucki gave report from Water Workshop he attended.
No update on Recreation Plan for this meeting.
Discussion held on Cluster zoning. It needs to be added to each zoning district. At the next meeting we will review standards.
Clerk shared Wind Energy information that has been received. Blair reported on a meeting to be held on April 23rd at 9 AM at the PSC office that could be interesting to attend.
With no further business Borucki moved and Bredin seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:24 PM
