WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION

REGULAR MEETING – MAY 9, 2007

MEETING ROOM – 7:00 P.M.

 

Public hearing for zoning changes was called to order by Chair Dave Kubicek.

Present: Kubicek, Borucki, Blair, Bredin, Burton, Johnson, Pray

Absent: none

Also present: Jim Foulds, CPS

No public comments.

Hearing closed at 7:02 PM

Regular meeting called to order.

No public comments.

Minutes of previous meeting approved as printed.

Blair gave report from Township Board.

Foulds & Kubicek reported on Master Plan and the need for the infrastructures issues to be resolved so that the process can move on for the Plan.

Borucki moved and Johnson seconded to recommend to Township Board to approve the changes to make our zoning ordinance in compliance with the State Enabling Laws.  Carried unanimously.

Borucki moved and Pray seconded to grant final site approval to the Kebs building to be located in Westland Park with the needed approvals from drain and road commission.  Carried unanimously.

With no further business Borucki moved and Blair seconded to adjourn the meeting.  Carried unanimously.  Adjourned at 7:38 PM
