WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION

REGULAR MEETING – FEBRUARY 14, 2007

MEETING ROOM – 7:00 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Chairperson Dave Kubicek.

Present: Kubicek, Blair, Bredin, Burton, Johnson, Pray

Absent: none

Also present: Jim Foulds, CPS

 

No public present.

 

Minutes of previous meeting approved.

 

Blair gave report from Board of Trustees.

 

Towsley gave report from Board of Appeals.

 

Blair gave report from Master Plan meeting.

 

Johnson & Pray gave report on Citizen Planner class they completed.

 

Discussion held on Conditional zoning.  Hearing previously set for March 14, 2007.

 

Discussion held on Emergency Vehicle Standards.  Jim Foulds will discuss with attorney.  These would be a standard not an ordinance.  TJ Richardson discussed some of the problem driveways we have in the township that make it hard to get large equipment to the homes.

 

No changes from attorney available for the Enabling Law changes at this time.

 

Home occupation change in zoning ordinance.  Blair moved and Johnson seconded to set the Public Hearing for the Home Occupation changes for March 14, 2007 at 7:00 PM along with the Conditional zoning.  Carried unanimously.

 

With no further business Bredin moved and Pray seconded to adjourn the meeting.  Carried unanimously.  Adjourned at 8:20 PM.
