WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION

REGULAR MEETING – SEPTEMBER 13, 2006

MEETING ROOM – 7:00 P.M.

 

 

Meeting was called to order by Chairperson Dave Kubicek.

Present: Kubicek, Borucki, Johnson, Pray, Bredin, Burton

Absent: Blair

 

No public comments.

 

Minutes of previous meeting approved.

 

Towsley gave report from Township Board.

 

Kubicek gave report on Master Plan.

 

LANSING GOLF CENTER REZONING REQUEST:

 

Kubicek reviewed the application for rezoning of 5855 Michigan Road from A-1 to B-2(commercial).  They plan on leasing the office to landscape business owned by Hawkins. He currently is using land at Hammonds for trucks and office is in Lansing. They would not be selling from this site – they just provide service.  They would have two people in the office and 10 vehicles on site.

 

Borucki moved and Bredin seconded to set the public hearing for Lansing Golf Center Rezoning for Wednesday, October 11, 2006 at 7:00 PM.  Carried unanimously.

 

With no further business Borucki moved and Johnson seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously.   Adjourned at 7:16 PM.
