WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION

REGULAR MEETING - NOVEMBER 9, 2005

MEETING ROOM - 7:00 P.M.

 

 

Meeting was called to order by Chairperson Arnoldo Martinez.

Present: Martinez, Borucki, Blair, Marsh, Pray, Johnson, Kubicek

Absent: none

Also Present: Jim Foulds & Vern Fountain of CPS

 

No public comments.

 

Blair gave report from Township Board.

 

SITE PLAN CRITERIA:

 

Foulds reported that if there were no comments or changes it is ready for legal review.  No comments so will go to Attorney.

 

LETTER:

 

The letter that Mr. Martinez received from the "Concerned Citizens of Windsor Township" about the Master Plan and zoning of the Hanks property is to be disregarded per a phone call he received. 

 

TRAINING:

 

Foulds started the training series for Planning Commission members.  This will be 4-6 one-hour sessions at meetings.

 

With no further business Marsh moved and Johnson seconded to adjourn the meeting.  Carried unanimously.  Adjourned at 8:09 PM.
