Chairperson Martinez called public Hearing for the Michigan Horse Park to order.

Present: Martinez, Blair, Johnson, Kubicek, Marsh, Pray

Absent: Borucki

Also present: Township Attorney J Richard Robinson, Consultants Jim Foulds & Vern Fountain of CPS.

Minutes of previous meeting were approved.

Blair gave report from Board of Trustees.

Kubicek gave report from Board of Appeals.

Blair moved and Kubicek seconded to untable the WILS SUP. Carried unanimously.

Marsh moved and Johnson seconded to recommend to the Township Board to grant the SUP for WILS-AM towers with the stipulations as presented by the planners which are landscaping, final site plan review and all necessary approvals. Carried unanimously.

Kubicek moved and Pray seconded to table the Michigan Horse Park Special Use Permit until the July 13^th so that additional background information can be obtained. Carried unanimously.

CHAPMAN SPECIAL USE PERMIT: (not in transcript)

Jim Johnston was present representing the applicant.

Blair moved and Kubicek seconded to set the public hearing for the Chapman Special Use Permit at 8459 Billwood for contractor’s office and storage for July 13, 2005 at 7:00 PM. Carried unanimously.

With no further business Pray moved and Johnson seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 10:10 PM.
