WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION

REGULAR MEETING - MARCH 9, 2005

MEETING ROOM - 7:00 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Chairperson Martinez.

Present: Martinez, Blair, Kubicek, Marsh, Pray. Johnson

Absent: Borucki

Also present: Jim Foulds & Vern Fountain, CPS

Dave Kenyon 8289 Stub Hwy asked about junked cars on properties.

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Blair gave report from Township Board.

Martinez shared plans for Vision Planning scheduled for April 16^th.

Ready for public hearing.

Foulds has met with attorney and there are a couple of changes to be made. This will be a new ordinance and repealing the current one.

There will be 9 items ready for a spring public hearing.

This will be ready for April meeting.

Next meeting will be general Planning Commission Training.

With no further business Marsh moved and Blair seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 7:33 PM.
