WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION

REGUALR MEETING – FEBRUARY 9, 2005

MEETING ROOM – 7:00 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Chairperson Arnoldo Martinez.

Present: Martinez, Borucki, Blair, Marsh, Kubicek, Pray

Absent: none

Also present: Vern Fountain, CPS

The Chair introduced and welcomed the new member, Sandy Pray to the Commission.

No public comments.

Minutes of previous meeting were approved as printed.

Blair gave reports from Township Board, Sewer Board and Website.

Towsley gave update Elections.

Kubicek gave report from Board of Appeals.

Borucki gave report from Citizens Planner Program he is attending.

Martinez gave report from MTA conference.

The goals will remain the same for this year with the addition of reviewing the master plan and working with the joint sewer committee.

Members did not find any changes. Will send to Supervisor and Township Attorney for review.

Vern presented a final copy for review. No changes so will now be sent to Supervisor for his final comments.

With no further business Borucki moved and Marsh seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 7:30 P.M.
