WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION

REGULAR MEETING - JANUARY 12, 2005

MEETING ROOM - 7:00 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Chairperson Arnoldo Martinez.

Present: Martinez, Borucki, Blair, Marsh

Absent: Kubicek

Also present: Jim Foulds & Vern Fountain, CPS

Borucki moved and Marsh seconded to elect Arnoldo Martinez to remain as Chairperson for 2005. Carried unanimously.

Marsh moved and Blair seconded to elect Rick Borucki as Vice Chairperson for 2005. Carried unanimously.

Martinez moved and Marsh seconded to elect Dan Blair to remain as Secretary for 2005. Carried unanimously.

Minutes of previous meeting were approved as printed.

Blair gave report from Township Board.

Foulds shared a memo that the meeting with Blue Water took place and they have fulfilled all the additional requirements for their project.

Revised copies of Subdivision Control were distributed. It will be on the agenda for next month as well as the setback chart and goals.

With no further business Borucki moved and Blair seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 7:48 PM
