WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION

REGULAR MEETING - NOVEMBER 10, 2004

MEETING ROOM - 7:00 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Chairperson Martinez.

Present: Martinez, Blair, Marsh, Burnett, Borucki, Kubicek

Also present: Jim Foulds & Vern Fountain of CPS

No public comments.

Minutes of previous meeting were approved as printed.

Blair gave report from Township Board and Sewer Board.

Clerk reported that John Hall has resigned from Planning effective November 1, 2004 and that tonight is Gary Burnett's last meeting. Also that Dave Kubicek has accepted reappointment.

Blair shared update from Capitol Currents on Conditional Zoning.

Martinez shared information on Land Use Leadership Program.

Foulds shared that the original approval was for multi family units. The drawing that we have received about the change shows an additional one unit on site plan and neither shows parking spots. Mr. Angst will need to resubmit blue drawings, as we do not have enough information to approve the change.

Blair reported that the Township Board is not taking over the water system.

The new drawing will need agency reviews by Drain Commission and Eaton County Road Commission as well as Fire Chief. The new drawings must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the December meeting to the township office.

We need 6 sets at the township plus Mr. Angst will need to submit a set to the Drain Office and the Road Commission.

Martinez thanked Gary Burnett for all his work on the Planning Commission. Also a thank you to John Hall who was not present.

With no further business Marsh moved and Borucki seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 7:42 PM.
