WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION

REGULAR MEETING - JUNE 9, 2004

MEETING ROOM - 7:00 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Chairperson Arnoldo Martinez.

Present: Martinez, Hall, Blair, Borucki, Burnett, Kubicek, Marsh

Absent: none

Also present: Jim Foulds, Vern Fountain, CPS

Minutes of previous meeting were approved.

Blair gave report from Township Board.

Blair reported on Sewer Board.

Ralph Reznick gave report from Village Recreation Committee.

Martinez reported on Village Planning Commission.

Kubicek reported on Board of Appeals.

Borucki moved and Kubicek seconded to extend the tentative preliminary plat approval for Morris Estates # 2 for two years. (June 2006)

The revised Master Chart was reviewed.

The revised Subdivision Control was reviewed. Discussed Municipal Standards for water, streets and sewers.

Martinez updated the commission on his progress on Home Occupations.

Recycling Center was discussed.

With no further business Marsh moved and Borucki seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:11 PM.
