WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION

REGULAR MEETING - JANUARY 14, 2004

MEETING ROOM - 7:00 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Vice Chairperson Arnoldo Martinez.

Present: Martinez, Blair, Marsh, Burnett, Hall, Borucki

Absent: Kubicek

Also present: Jim Foulds and Vern Fountain of CPS.

New Planning Commission member Rick Borucki was introduced and sworn in.

No public present.

Minutes of previous meeting were approved as printed.

Blair gave report from Township Board.

Hall gave report from Tri County Regional Planning Meeting he attended in December.

No unfinished business.

It was decided that goals and committee assignments for the year would be done at the February meeting. The committees are as follows: Land Use/Village Planning/Village Recreation/Waverly & M-99 zoning/Tri County Regional Planning/Recreation Plan.

Foulds handed out a revised copy. They will be meeting with the Supervisor next week so will update at the February meeting.

Foulds asked for comments on the draft that was handed out in December. Discussion was held on the pros and cons of making people register at the township office. Also about if some should be under Special Use Permits. Will be further discussed at the February meeting.

No new information at this meeting.

A draft copy was distributed for review and will be discussed in February.

With no further business Hall moved and Blair seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:08 PM.
