WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION

REGULAR MEETING - DECEMBER 10, 2003

MEETING ROOM - 7:00 PM

Meeting was called to order by Vice Chairperson Arnoldo Martinez.

Present: Martinez, Blair, Kubicek, Marsh, Hall, Burnett

Absent: none

Also present: Jim Foulds and Vern Fountain of CPS.

No public present.

Minutes of previous meeting were approved as printed.

Blair gave report from Township Board.

Hall gave report from Village Recreation Committee and Tri County Regional Planning meeting.

SITE PLAN APPLICATION:

Foulds shared a copy of the revised application.  Blair will make a couple of minor changes and print the new copy.

 HOME OCCUPATIONS:

Reviewed proposed changes for the ordinance.  Much discussion took place without any final decisions being made.  Will revisit the ordinance next month.

MASTER CHART:

Fountain has started to make the changes on the master chart.  Reviewed it and will continue next month.  Foulds & Fountain will meet with St. Clair to review some of his concerns.

Next meeting will cover Home Occupations, Master Chart, Subdivision Control Act and Signs.

With no further business Marsh moved and Blair seconded to adjourn the meeting.  Carried unanimously.  Adjourned at 8:29 PM
