WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION

REGULAR MEETING - JANUARY 8, 2003

MEETING ROOM - 7:00 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Vice Chairperson Martinez.

Present: Martinez, Blair, Slucter, Burnett, Kubicek

Absent: Kyler, Hall

Also present: Jim Foulds

Slucter moved and Kubicek seconded to reappoint the same officers as we had in 2002. (Chair:Kyler; Vice chair: Martinez; Secretary: Blair) Carried unanimously.

No public present.

Minutes of previous meeting were approved as printed.

Blair gave report from Board of Trustees and Web Committee.

Clerk read a thank you from Martin Development for help with site plan review.

Reviewed goals for 2002. They will be discussed at the February meeting.

SITE CONDOMINIUMS:

Discussed why we need this zoning and what the time line for doing one would be. It would probably be a 60 - 90 day process. The proposed ordinance was reviewed. Jim Foulds will consult with other areas about:

How working in other communities (+/-s)

Fees

Private Roads (no)

With no further business Burnett moved and Blair seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 7:59 PM
