WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION
REGULAR MEETING - NOVEMBER 13, 2002
MEETING ROOM - 7:00 P.M.

Public Hearing for MDG rezoning was called to order by Chairperson Inge Kyler.
Present: Kyler, Martinez, Blair, Slucter, Burnett, Kubicek, Hall
Absent: none
Also present: Vern Fountain, CPS

Kyler shared the report from CPS on the rezoning request.

Brent Burzynski of Design Team was present representing the owner.

There were no comments from the Planning Commission.

There was no public present.

Slucter moved and Martinez seconded to adjourn the public hearing at 7:05 PM. Carried unanimously.

Regular meeting was called to order.

Minutes of previous meeting were approved.

Heard reports from Township Board, Board of Appeals and [Dimondale] Village Planning Commission. Village would like to work together on reviewing our recreation plan.

MDG REZONING:

There were no comments from Mr. Burzynski or members of the Planning Commission.

Slucter moved and Kubicek seconded to recommend to the Township Board to rezone the 32+/- acres owned by MDG from R1M to R1D per the reasons of the application. Carried unanimously.

MIGALDI SITE PLAN REVIEW:

Martinez moved and Hall seconded to remove from the table the Migaldi site plan review. Carried unanimously.

Hall moved and Blair seconded to table the Migaldi site plan review until the traffic study is available for review. Carried unanimously.

OPEN SPACE PRESERVATION:

Discussed this new zoning required by State law.

Martinez moved and Burnett seconded to set the public hearing for the Open Space Preservation Zoning for December 11, 2002 at 7:00 PM. Carried unanimously.

ZONING CHANGES:

Blair moved and Martinez seconded to set the public hearing for Bed & Breakfast for December 11, 2002 at 7:00 PM. Carried unanimously.

Martinez moved and Kubicek seconded to set the public hearing for Motor Vehicle for December 11, 2002 at 7:00 PM. Carried unanimously.

Hall moved and Slucter seconded to set the public hearing for B-2 height change to 40' for December 11, 2002 at 7:00 PM. Carried unanimously.
