Meeting was called to order by Chairperson Inge Kyler.

No public present.

Minutes approved as amended.

Blair gave report from Township Board.

Kubicek gave report on Board of Appeals.

MIGALDI PROPERTY:

The plans were reviewed. Not sure what they were looking for and no one was at the meeting from the group.
Burnett moved and Martinez seconded to take no action at this time. Carried unanimously.
Clerk will send letter and ask for someone to attend the meeting and make application and pay fees if looking for official approvals.

2002 GOALS:

Discussion held on how these goals might be achieved. Martinez moved and Hall seconded to approve the goals for 2002. Carried unanimously.

LAND USE PLAN:

Shared the amendments and letter from Township Attorney. Review for discussion next month.

ZONING CHANGES:

In May we will discuss: Motor Vehicle Repairs & Setback Chart.
In June we will discuss: Cell Tower changes: how high and how close & when they need lights. Delhi Charter Township has a moratorium on their [cell tower]ordinance. Why?

With no further business Blair moved and Kubicek second to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:40 PM.
