Meeting was called to order by Chairperson Inge Kyler.

Minutes of February 13th were approved.

Minutes of February 26th were approved as amended.

Blair gave report from Board of Trustees.

Hall gave update on Web site.

Kubicek gave report on Board of Appeals.

Kyler gave report on Storm water meeting, that she attended.

Hall gave report from Tri-County Leadership briefing, that several people attended.

Discussion held on 2002 goals. Will review for approval in April.

Discussed possible uses for the Kamphuis property at Billwood and Canal. This might be a good place for a PUD, which is mixed zoning and a good place for creative thinking.

Due to several members being gone at the regular meeting time Martinez moved and Hall seconded to move the April meeting to the 17th instead of the 10th. Carried unanimously.

Hall moved and Burnett seconded to set the public hearing to section 5.8.A.3- (14) adding Bed and Breakfast for May 8th at 7:00 PM. Carried unanimously.

Blair moved and Hall seconded to set the public hearing for Landscape and Buffer zoning regulations for May 8th at 7:00 PM. Carried unanimously.

     Site Condos

With no further business Martinez moved and Hall second to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:39 PM.
