Meeting was called to order by Chairperson Inge Kyler.
Present: Kyler, Blair, Martinez, Kubicek, Hall, Slucter, Burnett
Absent: none.
HOOPER STONE CRUSHING:
Martinez moved and Slucter seconded to remove the Hooper Stone Crushing request from the table. Carried unanimously.
Hooper shared a video on the process.
Discussion included the fact that the double tree lane will be left. The crushing will take part in two parts east bound [I-96] and west bound with each section taking about 45 days each. All crushing should be done by mid July, weather permittin. Saturday work will be mostly maintenance unless behind on crushing. Asked if could do shorter hours. No holiday work would take place at all.
Slucter made motion to grant with Saturday hours 9-3 PM and with no second it was withdrawn.
Ellison asked if this would change his process. The answer was no. The attorney advised that the use would be acceptable as grandfathered in and goes with the land not owner.
Blair moved and Kubicek seconded to approve the requested temporary permit for crushing as requested with following changes: Saturday 8-2 PM and no holidays. Carried 6-1.
March meeting was moved to March 20th at 7:00 PM as the Tri-County Leadership Report meeting is March 13th.
Kyler will go to the March 1st stormwater meeting.
With no further business Blair moved and Kubicek second to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 6:56 PM.
